What rhymes with orange

It was quiet in the house not a creature was up not even a mouse.
When down from the stairs distended dear Dumands, looking around for his cherry cans
"OH please, OH NO!" He cried out loud "When I'm in a rhyme there's always a crowd"  
Looking up he saw the lights "Seeing such colours always gives me bed time frights"
Sitting down and picking his teeth he saw the Christmas Reef.
"HEY WAIT A MINUTE! If you make me speak in rhyme I'll hit you in time" He yelled to himself.
"DAMN! I RHYMED! You're dead now, you'll see" But suddenly he had to go pee

Running to the bathroom he jumped with a yelp "Don't tell me next you'll say kelp...OH!"
Madder then before he yelled to his right "GO AWAY AND GOOD NIGHT!"

But little did he know from out of the blue was a tiny red shoe. Tripping over it he fell and let out a yell. Turning his head he saw with surprise pretty Munela rubbing her eyes.
"DARN!" He yelled making her jump "Why are you up so late you little rump" She told him scared, but all they did was stared.  Maybe he liked her "EW i would rather bite her. OH Now you're all out of ideas and making me rhyme with that same words. Your rhyming sucks and smells of dead bird." That didn't make sense, but sure It still works.
Not all things rhyme, only you dear Dumands can hear the chime. DING DONG said the chime noting the time.
"OH CRAP!" Dumands flees leaving poor Munela alone on her knees.

Walking around Dumands got an idea a clever one that used all his brain stamina.
"I have a rhyme for you me dear friend, the writer, the poet, OOzy whatever works for you in the end. What rhymes with orange, NOTHING I SAY NOTHING RHYMES WITH THAT!"  And then dumands fell on the door-hinge.
Dumands blinked once to clear his head his trick didn't work and his brain felt dead.

"Oh ok you win I give amends" and so this story ends with poor Dumands
